| Abstract: | 本小論は、現職の特別支援学級の教員である筆者が、土曜教室において学んだ子どもたち一人ひとりに対して行われるミーティングの進め方、アセスメントや事例の検討についての考え方について、教育現場への展開について検討した。また、土曜教室での自らの学びや勤務校での特別支援教育についての現状についての考えをまとめた。土曜教室の関わりを通して見えてきた、保護者との連携、スタッフ同士の話し合い、そして子どもたちと共に困難さに対して全員で向き合う姿勢について、勤務校で生かし実践を行っている。 |
