北海道とフィンランドが連携して取り組む雪氷寒冷環境の最新の研究プロジェクト、若手研究者育成国際プログラムを紹介します。

Environmental and socio-economic change in the northern regions has resulted in an urgent need for information on climatic changes covering large regions as well as local areas.
The Seminar on Northern Environmental Research will provide information on the themes which are relevant to the northern areas both in Finland and Japan.
Informational exchanges on scientific expertise, initiatives and ongoing research projects, preparation of funding applications for co-operation projects, and increases in student and scientist exchanges, are topics that especially students and young scientists will be interested in.
