| Abstract: | 唾石症は主に大唾液腺に好発し，小唾液腺に発生することはまれである.そのなかでも下唇に生じることは極めて少ない.われわれは下唇に生じた小唾液腺唾石症を経験したので報告する.症例は56歳女性で左側下唇部の腫瘤を主訴に北海道大学病院歯科診療センターを受診した.下唇良性腫瘍と診断し，腫瘤摘出術を施行した.腫瘤に周囲結合組織との癒着はなく，容易に摘出した.病理組織学所見で拡張した2箇所の導管内に石灰化物を認めたため，病理組織学的診断を小唾液腺唾石症とした.術後の経過は良好で，現在再発は認められない. |
