| Abstract: | 本稿では，幸田文のエッセーにおける「食」の描かれ方を分析する。父幸田露伴に料理を含む家事の手ほどきを受け，長く彼に食事を供し続けた幸田文は，料理や台所など，「食」について非常に多くを書いた。それは単なる生活の断片的エピソードではなく，彼女と家族の関わり，彼女自身の記憶や内面を映し出す役割を持っていた。台所は彼女にとって，「女の心の業をこなす場所」であり，「教室」であり，さらには五感を鋭敏にしてくれる独特なトポスであった。五感の中でも，特に台所の「音」に関する鋭敏さに，この作家の独自性が表れている。 |
