The structure of the isolated compound was determined as (3R,6S)-6-hydroxylasiodiplodin by means of spectroscopic analyses, the modified Mosher method, and chemical conversion. The compound showed potato micro-tuber-inducing activity at a concentration of 10−4 M, using the culture of single-node segments of potato stems in vitro.日本農芸化学会Japan Society for Bioscience, Biotechnology, and Agrochemistry2005-08engjournal articleVoRhttp://hdl.handle.net/2115/14825http://www.jstage.jst.go.jp/https://doi.org/10.1271/bbb.69.1610161162940916-84511347-6947Bioscience Biotechnology and Biochemistry69816101612https://eprints.lib.hokudai.ac.jp/dspace/bitstream/2115/14825/1/BB%26B69-8.pdfapplication/pdf69.71 KB2005-08
