The dramatic changes in the external environment made Japanese publicity department a busy year through which their lessons and suggestions for future public relations are expected to explore. As a result of research by Corporate Communication Survey Hokkaido University 2009, more than half of the companies have changed their PR activities; more than 30 percent have transformed themselves in their PR System.
