We numerically investigate the transmission rates of waves and hence the efficiency of the rectifier using the Finite-Difference-Time-Domain (FDTD) method. We alter the position of the arrays and investigate the optimal position for high-efficient rectification to facilitate practical applications.IOP Publishing2007engjournal articleVoRhttp://hdl.handle.net/2115/47091http://iopscience.iop.org/1742-6596/92/1/012116https://doi.org/10.1088/1742-6596/92/1/0121161742-6596Journal of Physics: Conference Series92012116https://eprints.lib.hokudai.ac.jp/dspace/bitstream/2115/47091/1/nishiguchi_iop.pdfapplication/pdf467.76 KB2007
