It was found that silica sol with about 4 wt% in concentration and with a diameter of about 10 nm was obtained by controlling the reaction conditions in the Stober process. By removing the solvent under a reduced pressure, the particle concentration was increased up to 15 wt% without aggregation.Springer2013-11engjournal articleAMhttp://hdl.handle.net/2115/57359https://doi.org/10.1007/s10971-013-3175-60928-0707Journal of sol-gel science and technology682341345https://eprints.lib.hokudai.ac.jp/dspace/bitstream/2115/57359/1/silica%20particles%20paper%20final%20version%20140305.pdfapplication/pdf535.84 KB2013-11
