The first is that they are not skilled in farm work. The second is that daily dispatch is prohibited by the revised Worker Dispatch Act. This paper clarifies these problems using the example of temporary staffing company A. Company A is analyzed from the aspects of worker registration and worker-dispatch management. In the registration phase, company A screens production workers from among the registered workers. In the worker management phase, the workers are dispatched according to a shift chart combining several farms. The use of these two stages in conjunction tackles the two problems mentioned above.北海道大学大学院農学研究院2014-04-01jpndepartmental bulletin paperVoRhttp://hdl.handle.net/2115/573640385-5961AN0020151X北海道大学農經論叢The Nokei Ronso : The Review of Agricultural Economics Hokkaido University697785https://eprints.lib.hokudai.ac.jp/dspace/bitstream/2115/57364/1/77-85.pdfapplication/pdf816.26 KB2014-04-01
