Municipalities learn an approach to integrate business outcomes into the policymaking process by partnering with community-based corporations. The three elements of this approach are: first, three stages of policy making; second, regional demand-driven market development; and third, the return of business monetization to regional resources and social value creation.北海道大学公共政策大学院2021-03-31jpnengdepartmental bulletin paperVoRhttp://hdl.handle.net/2115/818031881-9818AA12291642年報 公共政策学Annals, Public Policy Studies15121144https://eprints.lib.hokudai.ac.jp/dspace/bitstream/2115/81803/1/15-09.pdfapplication/pdf1.84 MB2021-03-31
