However, a remaining puzzle is the anomalous preservation behavior of CH4 hydrate samples in which the storage stability of CH4 hydrate is greater between 242 and 271 K than it is below 240 K. In this paper, I summarize recent studies on the self-preservation phenomena and discuss the mechanism of self-preservation during dissociation of CH4 hydrate. Low temperature science64231236https://eprints.lib.hokudai.ac.jp/dspace/bitstream/2115/8336/1/TEION231-236.pdfapplication/pdf592.49 KB2006-03-22
