We report here that the double bistable phenomenon of nuclear spin polarization (NSP) can be observed by sweeping three control parameters. All the observations indicate that the NSP has three stable branches under a longitudinal magnetic field, whereas the number of the stable branches of NSP has been believed to be two at most. The incorporation of the electron spin relaxation due to the nuclear spin fluctuation enables reproduction of the observed features of the NSP and the electron spin polarization.IOP Publishing2021-01-15engjournal articleAMhttp://hdl.handle.net/2115/84424https://doi.org/10.35848/1347-4065/abd7090021-4922Japanese Journal of Applied Physics (JJAP)60SBSBBH07https://eprints.lib.hokudai.ac.jp/dspace/bitstream/2115/84424/1/SY_JJAP60SBBH07.pdfapplication/pdf747.7 KB2021-01-15
