This study examines the characteristics of these changes through analysis of a case study in Hokkaido. As a result, it was found that the characteristics of the changes in family business today are the development by the active action of the succeeding generation and the strengthening of corporate nature after the retirement of the parent generation. If such a change is possible across the board, the direction of development is expected to be very different from the past.北海道大学大学院農学研究院2022-03-31jpndepartmental bulletin paperVoRhttp://hdl.handle.net/2115/846630385-5961AN0020151X北海道大学農經論叢The Nokei Ronso : The Review of Agricultural Economics, Hokkaido University753137https://eprints.lib.hokudai.ac.jp/dspace/bitstream/2115/84663/1/04_nakamura.pdfapplication/pdf610.49 KB2022-03-31
