We deal with Dirac-K ahler twisted version of super-symmetry and adopt the superconnection formalism. In the two-dimensional theory, weshow that one can formulate two new models without constraints by introducing two centralcharges which are related to each other. This is in contrast with the already known superYang-Mills theory with central charges, especially, the off-shell invariantD=N= 4 superYang-Mills theory. We then apply this technique of dependent-central-charges to the formu-lation of the off-shell invariantD=N= 4 super Yang-Mills theory. In this model, there arefour possible central charges. We found that there are no four-dimensional models withoutconstraints, as far as central charges, which are dependent, are included in the algebra.
