A pregnant woman with dyspnea, abdominal pain, restlessness, agitation and protein S deficiency exhibited normal blood oxygenation and high D-dimer (370 mu g/mL) and undetectable fibrinogen levels in the blood. The pathogenesis responsible for present findings may have some features similar to amniotic fluid embolism.Wiley-BlackwellJournal Articleapplication/pdfhttp://hdl.handle.net/2115/60659https://eprints.lib.hokudai.ac.jp/dspace/bitstream/2115/60659/1/ccr3200.pdf2050-0904Clinical case reports342132162015-04enginfo:doi/10.1002/ccr3.200http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/publisher
