This system possesses the unique characteristic of precise adjustability for the fiber-cavity coupling rate and the cavity-plasmon coupling rate, which is indispensable for achieving the critical coupling conditions. We successfully demonstrate the 93% PL coupling into the LSP antenna with an effective area of a 58 nm circle, exceeding the diffraction limit.American Physical SocietyJournal Articleapplication/pdfhttp://hdl.handle.net/2115/63205https://eprints.lib.hokudai.ac.jp/dspace/bitstream/2115/63205/1/PhysRevA.89.021801.pdf1050-29471094-1622Physical Review A892021801-1021801-52014-02-05enginfo:doi/10.1103/PhysRevA.89.021801© 2014 American Physical Societypublisher
