All stationary solutions are shown to be Lyapunov unstable if the normal velocity of a hypersurface depends only on its normal and second fundamental form and is independent of its position. Instability of time periodic solution is also discussed.Department of Mathematics, Hokkaido UniversityDepartmental Bulletin Paperapplication/pdfhttp://hdl.handle.net/2115/68970info:doi/10.14943/83366https://eprints.lib.hokudai.ac.jp/dspace/bitstream/2115/68970/1/pre219.pdfHokkaido University Preprint Series in Mathematics2191141993-11-01engpublisher
