Taking these advantages, we have demonstrated many applications, including flow-injection analysis, solvent extraction, immunoassay, organic synthesis and laser reaction control. There have been, however, no intensive studies focused on chemical or biochemical reactions themselves in a liquid microspace so far. In this letter, we report on the acceleration of an enzymatic reaction in a microchip and preliminary kinetic studies of the reaction日本分析化学会Journal Articleapplication/pdfhttp://hdl.handle.net/2115/71673https://eprints.lib.hokudai.ac.jp/dspace/bitstream/2115/71673/1/Anal.sci.17-809.pdf0910-63401348-2246AA10500785Analytical Sciences1778098102001-07enginfo:doi/10.2116/analsci.17.809publisher
