While, the effect of aluminum on microstructural evolution under neutron irradiation seems not to be clear. In this study, in-situ electron irradiation experiment was carried out for Fe-12Cr-5Al and Fe-12Cr in order to investigate the difference of damage evolution between with and without aluminum. Electron irradiation to Fe-12Cr-5Al resulted in less number density and larger size of dislocation loops compared with that in Fe-12Cr. This suggested that aluminum in matrix would have a strong interaction with vacancy, leading to more interstitial flow into dislocation loops.日本金属学会Journal Articleapplication/pdfhttp://hdl.handle.net/2115/76274https://eprints.lib.hokudai.ac.jp/dspace/bitstream/2115/76274/1/J.%20Jpn%20Inst.%20Met.%20Mater.%2082%285%29%20147.pdf0021-48761880-6880AN00062446日本金属学会誌8251471522018-05-01jpninfo:doi/10.2320/jinstmet.JBW201703publisher
