Abstract:	北海道大学北方生物圏フィールド科学センターは、北海道に自生しているハスカップという植物について幅広く研究している。ブルーベリーに似た果実をつけるが、より酸味が強く、野生味を残している。最近では産学連携の１つとして洋菓子の開発に取り組んでいる。
