Abstract: 酸素非発生型光合成機能を持つ細菌は絶対好気性のものを含め200種ほどが記載され,主に菌株保存機関から入手できる.培地,培養法は種や目的によりさまざまであるが,よく用いられる条件について注意点を記した.
Many species of anoxygenic photosynthetic bacteria belonging to four phyla have been isolated and deposited to culture collections. Various culture media and cultural methods have been developed. In this section, notable points for preparation of culture media and cultural skills for frequently used species are described with a few examples.
