Abstract: The control of renal disease is one of the inevitable problems in clinical medicine because of the nonregenerative characteristics in kidney. Renal disease is the most serious problem in all animals including humans, not only for aggravating Quality of Life but also for affecting mortality of patients. Recently, the rapid increase of the patients having chronic kidney disease (CKD), associated with the change of life-style, has become the global problem. Therefore, the establishment of early diagnosis is essential to prevent the progress to clinical endpoint of CKD such as artificial dialysis and cardiovascular disease. In the present study, we investigated the urinary cells derived from the nephritic model mice, elucidating the correlation between the cellular patterns and the renal pathology. Finally, this study contributes to the development of new noninvasive early diagnostic method, which dramatically decreases the number of CKD patients, promoting of human and animal health in the world.
