Abstract:	アトピー性皮膚炎の漢方治療において、小児と成人では頻用処方が異なる。成人では清熱剤や利水剤が主体となることが多いが、小児例では虚弱体質が基盤にあるため、小建中湯や黄耆建中湯を使用することが多い。汗が多い場合は桂枝加黄耆湯を使用する。最近経験した桂枝加黄耆湯の小児使用例について報告する。
