| Abstract: | 修復腎移植のような医学的に妥当性が疑われるような治療方法は、現在、臨床試験として実施されている。これは厚生労働省の認可を受けており、公的機関がこれを差し止めることは難しい。ドナー志願者、レシピエント志願者がインフォームド・コンセントとしての拒否権を発動するのに期待されるが、一方で、両者には発動しない自由もある。後者の場合に至れば、このような方法を止める手立てはない。インフォームド・コンセントにおいて、説明は枢要な要素である。臨床試験においても、医師の説明に不備があるべきではない。 |
