フィンランドの協定校等の代表を迎え、北海道とフィンランドの相互交流や、新たな交流の機会を生み出すための方策について議論し、両者の持続的な連携を目指して今何をすべきかを考えます。また、併せてフィンランドの協定校等からの大学紹介や参加者との質疑応答の機会も設けます。

2011 establishes a strong basis for sustainable collaboration between Hokkaido and Finland. We aim to support the already existing collaboration and to discuss the best ways of creating new academic exchange opportunities for students and researchers. The public is welcome to actively take part in the discussion and to receive information about universities in Finland.
