Description:	本稿は二○○七年に故量義治先生の求めに応じて先生主筆の雑誌「エクレシア」七号に寄稿したものの改訂版です。北海道大学電子レポジトリHUSCAPに掲載してから、二○一五年現在なぜか二五○○回ものダウンロードを数えております。二○一二年の段階で「ローマ書」三章二一―二六節の翻訳に誤訳があることが判明しましたことから、不備をそのままにしておくことは誠実ではないと判断し、若干の修正と改善を試みたいと思います。この関連箇所以外は幾つかの補いを除いて原則的に同一の文章です。
