Abstract: For a self-adjoint extension of the Dirac-Weyl operator with a singular vector potential, the strong coupling limit of the zero-energy-state density (ZESD) is computed. The result shows that a limit theorem of L.Erdos ( Lett.Math.Phys.29:219-240,1993) con­cerning the ZESD of the Dirac-Weyl operator with a "regular" magnetic field does not hold in the present singular case.
