Abstract
藻類は,多様な光合成色素,単純な体制,均質な細胞が取得可能,などの特徴が活かされ,酸素発生型光合成の研究に大きく貢献している.本章では,光合成研究における藻類の活用法を紹介する.
Algae, which are an important primary producer in aquatic habitat, consist of phylogenetically-various groups of oxygenic photoautotroph. In this chapter, we introduce the techniques to utilize algae in photosynthetic study; maintenance of algal strains, preparation of culture media, usage of culture instruments/devices, and conditions to control algal growth.
