群落スケールのCO2交換量の計測手法の一つとして微気象学的な測定が挙げられる．本章では，微気象学的手法の一つである渦相関法を用いたCO2交換量計測を中心に紹介する．
To assess budgets of CO2 exchange between the biosphere and atmosphere, long-term measurements have been carried out using eddy-covariance method over various ecosystems worldwide. In this chapter, we introduce eddy-covariance method. Especially, principle of measurements, calculation process of fluxes, and quality control of flux data has been described.
