Abstract
炭酸固定を研究する上で,溶存無機炭素に対する親和性を評価することは,生物がどのようにCO2を利用しているのかを知る上で重要である.微細藻類のCO2(無機炭素)濃縮機構を研究する上で重要なガスクロマトグラフィーを利用した無機炭素親和性の測定法を紹介する.
In order to understand how the photosynthetic organisms utilize carbon dioxide, it is important to evaluate the photosynthetic affinities against inorganic carbon. Especially microalgae efficiently utilize carbon dioxide by inducing carbon-concentrating mechanisms. We described a refined method to measure the photosynthetic affinity using gas chromatography and oxygen electrode.
