高等植物の緑葉から無傷葉緑体を単離する方法，葉緑体膜（包膜とチラコイド膜）の単離法，および，チラコイド膜から光化学系II膜を調製する方法を紹介する．
Intact chloroplasts and subchloroplast membranes can be purified from a variety of plant species by applying standard procedures with slight modification. This article summarizes procedures for isolation of intact chloroplast and subchloroplast membranes including envelope, thylakoid and photosystem II membranes.
