Abstract
プラストシアニンは光合成電子伝達反応において，シトクロムfから電子を受容し，光化学系Iへと電子を供与する銅タンパク質である．本章では，植物およびラン藻のプラストシアニンの抽出・精製法，定量および活性測定法について紹介する．
Plastcyanin is a blue-copper protein, which accepts electron from cytochrome f and donates to photosystem I reaction center. In this chapter, we introduce protocols for purification of plastocyanin from photosynthetic organisms and methods for kinetic analysis of redox reaction. Structural and functional properties of plastocyanin have been described.
