Abstract
酸素発生型光合成生物がもつ2種の光化学系(光化学系Iと光化学系II)の量比は,光などの環境条件により適応的に制御される.本章では光化学反応中心の定量法について紹介する.
Stoichiometric relationships of photosystem II, cytochrome b6-f and photosystem I complexes are regulated by growth conditions such as light intensity and light quality. In this chapter, I introduce (i) estimation of photosystem I/photosystem II ratio by 77K fluorescence emission spectra and (ii) quantification of thylakoid components by oxidation-reduction difference absorption spectra.
