Abstract
植物および藻類からのクロロフィルとその代謝中間体の抽出・定量法について解説する．特に，有機溶媒による色素の抽出方法と吸光光度計およびHPLCを用いてこれらの色素を定量する方法について，具体的な手順と注意点を詳述する．
Methods for the analysis of chlorophyll and its metabolic intermediates are presented. In particular, the HPLC method developed by Zapata et al. [Marine Ecology-Progress Series 195 (2000) p. 29] and its application to the analysis of various intermediate molecules of chlorophyll metabolism are described in detail.
