進路行動と地域移動 : 1990年代以降における関東での大学進学移動に注目して

Abstract

The regional distribution of university advancement rate had transformed from “west-high and east-low pattern” to “east-high and west-low pattern” after the 1990s. And this transformation is related to the rise degree in its rate was big in the Kanto reg ion. Then, why had this transformation been occurred?To get suggestion to this point at issue, this paper examined following analysis problems. What kind of form is the pattern of Inter-Prefectural Migration of University Entrants in the Kanto region after the 1990s? Had the university advancement rate to which region been increased in t he same place and times? The result of the analysis is as follows. First, it is revealed that the pattern of Inter-Prefectural Migration of University Entrants that there are many university advancement rate to own prefecture and to Tokyo in the Kanto region. Second, the rise university advancement rate in it had brought by the rise to the own prefecture and to Tokyo mainly after the 1990s. In this sense, university advancement to main movement point in 1990 had been increased. Third, the rise in its rate to the own prefecture and to Tokyo had caused by the rise “the university capacity”in this region. The abovementioned findings indicate that the rise“ the university capacity” in Kanto region is related that the transformation from “west-high and east-low pattern” to “east-high and west-low pattern” in university advancement rate after the 1990s.
