This paper studies a new support system for farm management in Hokkaido by providing information and consultation to farmers through local accounting firms, which have been gradually expanding their business into certain areas like providing data processing services, consultation on farm management, and assistance with financial support plans, etc. 　　This new trend of promotion from local organizations is regarded as complementing the overall agricultural cooperatives system aiming at promoting and maintaining motivation for regional development.
