KEYWORDS : the transport system by ambulance;sustainability

The purpose of the transport system by ambulance, is that it carry to the hospital in a short period of time patients with sudden illness or injured by the accident. The stem is an important public service to support the safety and security of citizens. Transport by ambulance, has increased to 5.5 million cases in 2010. And the cost is more than 500 billion yen. The time to carry the hospital increases, the quality of service has decreased. In this study, we analyze the current state of the transport system by ambulance, the factors for the increase in transport number. Then, consider measures to ensure the sustainability of the system
