The purpose of this paper is to illustrate the character of the construction firm entering into the agriculture sector and to consider the condition for the continuance of agricultural business. The results are summarized as follows: 1) Construction firms enter into agriculture sector in order to maintain employment. 2) To continue agricultural business, it is important to build relations with outer organizations concerned.
