Abstract

Purpose of this study is reveal the meaning of Sensitivity in the review of the literature. There are 2 objectives in this study. First, sort out the history of Kurt Lewin's study about sensitivity, and "what is sensitivity of teacher" and "how did sensitivity involve and develop in the field of education research" . Second, take the results of objective 1 as one of the references, find out clues for solving the problem of how to be an excellent teacher in practice. The main results obtained were as follows: 1. First time sensitivity introduced into education field was for solving the problem of racial discrimination in American school in 1950s. 2. "Sensitivity" is comprehended as ability to get solutions and its ability is intended to improve the relationship with the other members in the group. 3. Recent years, training has been done to enhance the "sensitivity" of educational trainee. However, the necessity and effectivity of enhance trainee'sensitivity is still doubtful in published researches.
