Abstract
労働人材の国際化に対応するため，ビジネス日本語教育を就職支援として整備することは急務である。一方で，留学生の多くは青年期の中にあり，その重要課題にそれぞれが向き合っている。本稿では学部留学生に対するライフストーリー研究から，動機づけと行動の実情に着目し，留学前から進路決定に至るまでの成長要因を明らかにする。さらに，ライフストーリーには記述できなかったダイアローグの再解釈を行う。
There is an urgent need to develop the business Japanese education as a job huntingsupport in order to response to internationalization of work human resources. On the otherhand, many of the foreign students are in adolescence and facing their own important issues.This paper, focusing on the actual conditions of their motivations and behaviors in the lifestory study of undergraduate foreign students, clarifies the growth factors from the timebefore studying abroad to the time when they decide their career paths. Also, this paper,reinterpreting dialogues which could not be described in the life stories and the practiceexamples which used the life stories.
