Abstract
本稿では、アルコール依存症からの回復過程をスピリチュアリティという視点から考察した。アルコール依存症からの回復において重要な役割を果たし続けてきたAA (Alcoholics Anonymous) という自助グループでは、「自分を超えた大きな力（ハイヤーパワー）」、「自分なりに理解した神」といった概念が度々登場する。だが日本においてAA の霊性(Spirituality) に着目して依存症からの回復を検討した研究はほとんど行われていない。そこでAA における神、霊性(Spirituality) とは何を表現しているのか、さらに当事者2名の語りから、ハイヤーパワーが回復にどのように影響を与えているのかを検討した。
This paper provides consideration on recovery from Alcoholism from point of view of spirituality. Within AA, a self help group whom its contribution is of great importance in the field of recovery from alcoholism, concepts such as ''higher power' and “God inputted by oneself” are featured frequently. However, there have been limited research on alcoholism focusing on spirituality in Japan. This research analysis the narrative of two people in concern, in which how the God and spirituality are expressed and how higher power affects the recovery from alcoholism.
