児童生徒の視点から見たスクールカーストという体験とその影響に関する研究 : かつての当事者である女子大学生へのインタビューから

Abstract
スクールカーストと呼ばれる現象を，当事者はどのように体験したのか，そして，それはどのような影響を及ぼしたのか，ということを明らかにする目的で，女子大学生三名に対して回顧的インタビュー調査を行った。スクールカースト体験においては，上位層の目を気にして中下位層の生徒が窮屈な日々を過ごすこと，上位層に声が届かないことが心理的負担たり得ること，といった否定的経験とともに，居場所の確保を容易にするという肯定的側面もあった。スクールカーストが発生している集団の内外に心理的な居場所があることが生徒を支えること，生徒同士，あるいは生徒教師間のつながりが支えになり得ること，および，スクールカースト決定要因との関連が薄い学校行事が，スクールカーストを越えた体験をもたらす場合があること，等が見いだされ，指導上の示唆となるものと思われた。
A retrospective interview survey was conducted with three female university students in order to clarify how the students themselves experienced the phenomenon called school caste and how it affected them. In the school caste experience, where the students of middle and lower classes spend their discomfort days paying attention to the eyes of the upper class, there is a negative experience that it may be psychologically burdened that the voice can not reach the upper class. There was also a positive aspect of making it easier to secure. Supporting a student by having a psychological place inside and outside the group where the school caste is occurring, supporting the relationship between students or students and teachers, and it was found that school events having little relation with the school caste determinant might bring experiences beyond the school caste, and these were considered to be suggestions for guidance.
