タバコは核・葉緑体の形質転換が可能であり，生化学実験にも適した研究材料である．本章ではタバコやタバコ近縁種の入手・栽培方法について紹介する．
Tobacco can be used for nuclear and chloroplast transformation. It is also suitable for biochemical studies. In this chapter, we introduced methods for handling and growing tobacco plants.
