Abstract

単離葉緑体での炭酸固定測定によって,カルビン回路成分の機能的統合性に関する生化学的解析ができる.酸素電極を用いた炭酸固定測定法と,光合成部分活性測定法を紹介する.
Intact chloroplasts that have high activity of CO2 fixation are useful for investigating the integrity of the Calvin cycle components and the electron transport chain. Although obtaining highly active chloroplasts is sometimes difficult, the supplementation with glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate will result in a satisfying level of activity, which represents the whole pathway from H2O to CO2.
