光合成に使われる閃光分光法による差スペクトル測定の原理，実験装置の説明をした．実験例として植物，アカリオクロリス（シアノバクテリア），ヘリオバクテリア，クロロビウムのI型反応中心質複合体と光センサー蛋白質AnPixJの吸収時間変化と時間分解差スペクトル測定を紹介した．
Principals and apparata of flash-photolysis measurement sytems are reviewed. Meareuments of flash-induced absorption changes of chlorophylls in type-I reaction centers of plant, Acaryochloris marina, Heliobacterium, Chlorobium and of a color sensor protein in cyanobacteria are interpreted.
