Abstract
インターンシップと就職・採用を関連付けることは現状ではタブー視されているが,大学へのアンケート調査を実施した結果をみると,過半数が賛成であった。その要因を大学の属性に着目し分析を行った結果,①大学の設置主体,学科系統,規模などの属性は賛否を規定する有意な要因であること,②インターンシップを実施している企業に対して採用を依頼している大学ほど賛成の意向が強いこと,③属性別の賛否の要因は現在のインターンシップと就職・採用の関連性の強さだけでは説明できないこと,の3点が明らかになった。
The link between internships and employment / recruitment is currently considered taboo, but the majority agreed to the results of a questionnaire survey conducted at universities. The following three points were clarified as a result of the analysis focusing on the attribute of the university. (1) Attributes such as university establishment, faculty, and scale are significant factors that define pros and cons; (2) Universities that request internships to hire students have a stronger pros; and (3) Factors for pros and cons by attribute cannot be explained solely by the strength of the relationship between current internships and employment and hiring.
