Abstract
This report discusses a workshop focusing on supporting children and youth who have experienced alternative care in Hokkaido. Participants included staff from children's homes, foster parents, childcare agency personnel, and researchers. The workshop focused on the theme 'What is necessary for the life of Hokkaido youth who leave alternative care?'. Through group work, attendees aimed to establish networks and provide support for children and youth transitioning from alternative care.
