尾瀬は日本の自然保護運動発祥の地であり，多くの課題を官民の協力で乗り越えてきた歴史がある．近年では尾瀬を活用した環境教育やツーリズムへの取組みが始まるも，社会全般のレジャー多様化やインバウンド対応の遅れ，また震災や豪雨災害，コロナ禍といった利用面での大ブレーキとなる出来事が重なった．これらの出来事は尾瀬国立公園の利用者数だけでなく，山小屋を中心とした地域経済の低迷を引き起こし，このままでは主に地域が担ってきた歩道維持管理や救助活動等の「保護と利用」を低下させる事につながりかねず，これからの尾瀬の「保護と利用」の促進について，山岳ガイドの観点から取りまとめた．
Oze is the birthplace of nature conservation efforts in Japan, and there is the history that got over many problems by the cooperation of public and private sectors. In late years an earthquake disaster and a heavy rain disaster, the large brakes on the use side such as the COVID-19 and the event that it was were piled up diversification and a delay for inbound visitor again in leisure of the whole world though an environmental education and an approach to tourism that utilized Oze began. These events caused slump in business of the regional economy led by the mountain hut as well as the number of users of the Oze national park and in this situation, it might be connected in reducing "nature conservation and the use" such as the maintenance of trail down a mountain or the rescue operation that an area carried mainly and gathered it from the viewpoint of the mountains guide about promotion of "nature conservation and use" of Oze in the future.
