Abstract
酸素発生は光合成に特徴的な反応である.酸素は光化学系IIの水の酸化的分解の副産物として発生する.通常,光合成速度としてのO2発生速度は,密閉容器内のO2濃度の一定時間の変化を,気相型もしくは液相型のポーラログラフ方式のClark型の酸素電極を用いて測定することが多い.本章では植物の葉や単離葉緑体のO2発生速度の測定法について紹介する.
Oxygen evolution is one of characteristic reactions in photosynthesis. Oxygen evolution rate has been measured as changes in O2 concentration in a closed chamber, using gas- or liquid-phase Clark-type oxygen electrode. In this chapter, I introduce methods of oxygen evolution rate of leaves or isolated chloroplasts.
