Abstract
光合成活動に影響を与える要因の一つである葉の蒸散特性の評価法として,ガスチャンバー(同化箱)法による解析と重量法による解析がある.これらの解析は蒸散に関する種特性を評価する上で有効である.
Gas chamber methods and gravimetric methods of dehydration from leaves can provide evaluation of transpiration properties, which are the factors affecting photosynthesis. These analyses would be suitable to evaluate inter-specific differences in transpiration properties in plant species.
